About the Role
The Marketing Executive reports to the Regional Head of Marketing and Business Development and supports our global marketing and business development (BD&M) team to deliver comprehensive support, with a particular focus on the Asia Corporate and Asia Finance practice groups across our Hong Kong and Singapore offices. Primary responsibilities include:
- Support the planning and end-to-end coordination of marketing events, including conference sponsorships, seminars and corporate hospitality
- Coordinate business development initiatives, including marketing trip planning, market research and database analysis
- Collect, manage and maintain experience and transaction lists for external publication and internal reporting
- Assist with content management for the firm's intranet, website and social media channels
- Prepare and support the development of presentations, proposals and pitches in English and Chinese
- Coordinate the production and distribution of client updates, brochures, newsletters and any other marketing collaterals
- Prepare and coordinate submissions to industry awards, league tables, surveys and directories
- Liaise with BD&M colleagues in the other offices to ensure consistency and alignment of all business development and marketing initiatives
- Provide general BD&M administrative support and perform other duties as required
EXPERIENCE
What You Bring
In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
- A minimum of three years of marketing-related experience, preferably within a professional service organisation
- Excellent project, organisational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, experience with InterAction (or similar CRM), email marketing software and social media content management
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese
- A professional demeanor, including punctuality, clear and appropriate communication, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently within a structured environment
